The following is a translation of the book Akhlak lil banin juz 1 by Umar bin Ahmad Baraja which is often taught to the children of the archipelago. Morals are the initial foundation for students to become a character. This post covers Chapter 8 about the Compulsory to Love the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

ﻧَﺒِﻴُّﻚَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٌ صَلَّى ﷲُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺁﻟِﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ.
ﺃَﻳُّﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻮَﻟَﺪُ الْأَﺩِﻳْﺐُ، ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﻳَﺤِﺐُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻚَ ﺃَﻥْ ﺗُﻌَﻈِّﻢَ ﺭَﺑَّﻚَ ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻧَﻪُ ﻭَﺗَﻌَﺎلَى ﻳَﺤِﺐُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻚَ ﺃَﻳْﻀًﺎ، ﺃَﻥْ ﺗُﻌَﻈِّﻢَ ﻧَﺒِﻴَّﻚَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪً صَلَّى ﷲُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺁﻟِﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ، ﻭَﺗَﻤْﻸَ َﻗَﻠْﺒَﻚَ ﺑِﻤَﺤَﺒَّﺘِﻪِ حَتَّى ﺗُﺤِﺒَّﻪُ ﺃَﻛْﺜَﺮَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻣَﺤَﺒَّﺘِﻚَ ﻟِﻮَﺍﻟِﺪَﻳْﻚَ ﻭَﻟِﻨَﻔْﺴِﻚَ، ﻷِﻧَّﻪُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱْ ﻋَﻠَّﻤَﻨَﺎ ﺩِﻳْﻦَ الْاِسْلَاﻡِ ﻭَﺑِﺴَﺒَﺒِﻪِ ﻋَﺮَﻓْﻨَﺎ ﺭَﺑَّﻨَﺎ، ﻭَﻓَﺮَّﻗْﻨَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻼَﻝِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺤَﺮَﺍﻡِ، ﻭَلِأَﻥَّ ﷲَ ﺗَﻌَﺎلى ﺃَﺣَﺒَّﻪُ، ﻓَﺠَﻌَﻠَﻪُ ﺃَﻓْﻀَﻞَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱِ، ﻭَﺻَﻴَّﺮَﻩُ ﻗُﺪْﻭَﺓً ﻟَﻨَﺎ ﻓِﻲْ الْأَﺧْﻼَﻕِ ﻭَالْاَﺩَﺍﺏِ.
ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺃَﺣْﺒَﺒْﺖَ ﻧَﺒِﻴَّﻚَ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪً صَلَّى ﷲُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭﺁﻟﻪ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ، ﻓَﺎﺗْﺒِﻌْﻪُ ﻓِﻲْ ﺳِﻴْﺮَﺗِﻪِ، ﻭَﺍﻋْﻤَﻞْ ﺑِﻨَﺼَﺎئِحِهِ، ﻟِﺘَﻨَﺎﻝَ ﻣَﺤَﺒَّﺔَ ﷲِ ﻭَﺭِﺿَﺎﻩُ.

Prophet Muhammad Shollallahu 'Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam

O Civilized Child: as it is obligatory upon you to glorify your Lord the Most Holy and Most High, it is also obligatory upon you to glorify your Prophet Muhammad Shollallahu 'Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam, and fill your heart with loving him so that his love is greater than your love for both your parents and against yourself. Because it is he who taught us the Religion of Islam, and that is why we know our God, and we are able to distinguish between the Halal and the Haram. Because in fact Allah Ta'ala loves him (Prophet Muhammad Shollallahu 'Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam), then He (Allah) made him (Prophet Muhammad) the most superior/mainly Man, and made him an example/role model for us in his morals and manners

If you have loved your Prophet, then follow in his journey, and do good deeds with Nashihat-advice so that you get the Love and RidhoNya Allah.
