Zayd bin Haritza, fellow prophet named in the Qur'an
This fellow prophet was no ordinary man. He was a close friend of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. He is known as Abu Usama, or Zayd bin Haritza bin Sharahir (Abu Ishaq is read as a sleeping bag) radhiyallahuanhu.
Among the many noble companions of the Prophet, Zayed bin Haritza is a special person who reveals some Sharia laws about his history. He is the only Companion whose name has been immortalized by Allah in the Qur'an (Sura Al-Ahzab, verse 37).
Zaid bin Haritza was the only adopted child (by Muhammad) until Rasulullah SAW was known as Zaid bin Muhammad. This is more or less the information explained by Imam Ibn Atzir from Usd al-Ghab fimarifatal Sahab.
In addition, a dilemma-like story struck Ziyed when his marriage to Zaynab binto Jars Radiyala Ankh, a descendant of the Asad tribe of Quraysh, divorced. Zainab eventually married Rasulullah SAW. Marriage of Rasulullah S.A.V. and his adopted ex-wife is a direct order of Allah Almighty. And all this is about the violation of the Arab tradition of the time when fathers were forbidden to marry adopted ex-wives. This story is created by Allah so that people do not think that there is a Prophet after the Prophet Muhammad saw it. This is because the son of a prophet/messenger usually inherits his father's prophet. In addition, references to non-biological parents can damage an individual's inheritance system and confuse heirs and marriage decisions.
Zayd bin Haritza comes from the Bani Muin tribe, and his mother's name was Suda bint Tsalaba. It was not possible to find clear information about the year of his birth, but Zayed died in the eighth year of the Hijri calendar, when he became the leader of the Mutua marriage.
During the time of ignorance, Ibn Zid visited the village of the tribe of his son Bani Muin. However, all of a sudden, Bani al-Kin bin Yus's cavalry attacked the village, confiscating all of the village's valuables, including Zid bin Harik, and eventually became a slave. Zayd was taken to Uqaj market and sold for 400 dirhams to Hakim bin Hizam bin Khuwaylid and his aunt Siti Khadijah bin Khuwaylid. Zayd was also introduced to the Prophet when Sayyida Khadijah (radiallahuanha) married the Prophet Muhammad SAW (at that time he was not yet a Prophet).
After spending a long time together, Zayed was still a slave at the time, but their relationship was very close and full of love. Finally, Zayd's father, who was also looking for his son, found out about this. After meeting with the Prophet and expressing his wishes, he finally made his final decision regarding Zayd. It is a choice to stay with the Prophet or to return to the parents' house. Zayd chose to be with the Prophet and from then on the Prophet declared Zayd an adopted child under the name Zayd bin Muhammad.
Status of Zayed as son of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. lasted only a few years. Later, in verses 5 and 37, Prophet Muhammad Sau was not the father of a Muslim child in Slat al-Azab because Allah forbade such an adoption in Slat al-Azab. Clearly stated, verse 40 Allah Ta'ara said:
وَاِذْ تَقُوْلُ لِلَّذِيْٓ اَنْعَمَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ اَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللّٰهَ وَتُخْفِيْ فِيْ نَفْسِكَ مَا اللّٰهُ مُبْدِيْهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَۚ وَاللّٰهُ اَحَقُّ اَنْ تَخْشٰىهُ ۗ فَلَمَّا قَضٰى زَيْدٌ مِّنْهَا وَطَرًاۗ زَوَّجْنٰكَهَا لِكَيْ لَا يَكُوْنَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ حَرَجٌ فِيْٓ اَزْوَاجِ اَدْعِيَاۤىِٕهِمْ اِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَرًاۗ وَكَانَ اَمْرُ اللّٰهِ مَفْعُوْلًا
Meaning: And (remember), when you (Muhammad) said to those who have been favored by Allah and you (also) have favored him, "Keep your wife and fear Allah," while you hide in your hearts what will revealed by God, and you fear man, whereas God has more right to fear you. So when Zaid had ended the need for his wife (to divorce him), We married you to her (Zainab) so that there would be no objection for the believers to (marry) the wives of their adopted children, when the adopted children have completed their needs against his wife. And God's decree must come to pass. (QS. Al-Ahzab: 37)
اُدْعُوْهُمْ لِاٰبَاۤىِٕهِمْ هُوَ اَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ ۚ فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوْٓا اٰبَاۤءَهُمْ فَاِخْوَانُكُمْ فِى الدِّيْنِ وَمَوَالِيْكُمْ ۗوَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيْمَآ اَخْطَأْتُمْ بِهٖ وَلٰكِنْ مَّا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوْبُكُمْ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا
Meaning: Call them (the adopted child) by (using) the names of their fathers; That is justice in the sight of Allah, and if you do not know their father, then (call them) your brothers in religion and maula-maulamu. And there is no sin upon you if you err about it, but (which is sinful) what your hearts intend. God is Forgiving, Merciful. (QS. Al-Ahzab: 5)
مَا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَآ اَحَدٍ مِّنْ رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلٰكِنْ رَّسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيّٖنَۗ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمًا
Meaning: Muhammad is not the father of any of you, but he is the messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets. And Allah is Knower of all things. (Surat al-Ahzab: 40)
After Allah sent his revelation in the fifth verse of Surat al-Azab, adopted children should be named after the biological father, not the adoptive father. At that time, the relationship between Rasullah and Zayd's father and son was broken. Later, the ex-wife of Zainab Binto Jersey married the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the fifth year of the Islamic calendar, which was previously prohibited by ignorant Arab traditions.
